Grape Plume Moth

The Covell field guide only shows two species of plume moths, which don't happen to include this one.

Tentative species identification was made by reference to the Mississippi State Entomological Museum online guide to living specimens (see Pterophoridae). The Ohio State University Insect Reference Collection and their website for Wayne County lepidoptera names this one as the grape plume moth -- it's listed as common there, with grape leaves as the larval food.

This one showed up under the porch lights.
