Topiary Grass-veneer Moth

AKA the "cranberry girdler" after one of its preferred foods. The larvae are known as subterranean sod webworms.

This species is considered a pest to cranberry and sod growers.

While there are no cranberry bogs here, the Topiary also attacks blueberries, which we do have, as well as conifer seedlings.
